Distributed in semi-deserts and deserts of the south-east of the European part of Russia, Kazakhstan, and northern Uzbekistan. Bugs were collected on sandy desert under Artemisia . Kerzhner (1964) noted Artemisia subg. Seriphidium as a host plant for the species. First record for China.

Material examined. 2 Ƥ, Desert near rd 217 Altai-Buerjin, 630 m, 47°42’ N, 84°40’ E, 30.VI.2011 (N. Vinokurov).
