Material examined. 2 males (8.6 x 7.0 mm, 14.1 x 12.8 mm) ( DABFUK), Minicoy, 16 August 2013 ; 1 female (10.9 x 10.8 mm) ( DABFUK), Kalpeni, 20 October 2015 .

Remarks. Kumaralingam et al. (2017) first recorded this species from Lakshadweep, which has a wide range in the Indian Ocean ( Crosnier 1965).
