Spangler & S. A. Perry, (1 ex., USNM); same locality and data except: vertical seep, (1 ex., USNM); Lethem (30 km SE), Moco Moco River, 3°18.2’N, 59°39’W, 3.iv.1994, leg. P. J. Spangler, (143 exs., USNM). SURINAME: Sipaliwini District: Raleighvallen Nature Reserve, plateau below Voltzberg, 4.68277°N, 56.1877°W, 96 m, 28.vii.2012, leg. Short, Maier, McIntosh, small seepage with algae, SR12-0728-01B (1 ex., SEMC); Same locality and data except: large rock pool, SR12-0728-01H (1 ex., SEMC); Raleighvallen Nature Reserve, base of Voltzberg, 4.67387°N, 56.1847°W, 86 m, 29.vii.2012, leg. Short, Maier, McIntosh, & Kadosoe, flowing seep over rock, SR12-0729-01A (57 exs., SEMC, NZCS).

Remarks. This species was first discovered and described from southwestern Suriname near the boarder with Guyana. Here, it is newly recorded from Guyana as well as additional localities in north-central Suriname.
