one Anacardiaceae species ( Mangifera indica L.), two Zingiberaceae species ( Aframomum alboviolaceum
(Ridl.) K.Schum. and Costus phyllocephalus K.Schum. ), one Burseraceae species ( Dacryodes edulis
(G.Don) H.J.Lam) and one Lecythidaceae species ( Petersianthus macrocarpus (P.Beauv.) Liben ) in the
Democratic Republic of Congo; one Ulmaceae ( Trema orientalis (L.) Blume) in Angola and elsewhere in an unnamed African country (Rougeot 1962a). No host plants have been reported for Zambia, but since some of the named host plants of the taxon in these other countries in Africa also occur in Zambia, it is very likely that they are also consumed by the taxon in Zambia.
