Mesosoma. Mesoscutum and scutellum with cellular sculpture; mesoscutum without setae; scutellum with 1+1 setae; mid lobe of mesoscutum 1.2×as broad as long (41:33); scutellum 1.75× as broad as long (35:20); propodeum 1.75× as long as metanotum (7:4); mesophragma extending up to TII of gaster. Fore wing ( Fig.18 View FIGURES 16 – 18 ) incised at apex of retinaculum, 3.91× as long as broad (176:45); marginal fringe about 1.4× as long as wing width (65:45); hind wing about 25.3× as long as broad (152:6); marginal fringe 7.83× as long as wing width (47:6).

Male. Unknown.
Type material examined. Holotype, ♀ (on slide), labelled, “ INDIA: Ukd [UTTARAKHAND]: Dehradun Udaibagh 03.xi.2009 Coll. F.R. Khan” ( ZDAMU, HYM. CH.696).
Paratype: 1 ♀ (on slide), labelled, “ INDIA: UTTAR PRADESH: Aligarh Dhorau 7.iii.2009 Coll.: F.R. Khan” ( ZDAMU, HYM. CH. 696).
Distribution. India: Uttarakhand; Uttar Pradesh.
Comments. The original description of this species was based on two females. The holotype is on one slide under 3 coverslips. The paratype is also on one slide under 3 coverslips.
This species appears to be very similar to O. curvialata Lin (1994) in having the fore wing incised at the apex of the retinaculum, but differs from the latter as follows: funicle about 1.1× as long as broad, C2 longer than C1 ( Fig. 17 View FIGURES 16 – 18 ), and ovipositor 1.2× as long as hind tibia. In O. curvialata the funicle is long and cylindrical, about 2.2× as long as broad, C1 longer than C2, C2 the shortest segment, and ovipositor 2.67× as long as hind tibia.
