Stems 30-60 cm. Leaves green above, sparsely arachnoid-hairy beneath, membranous, the middle cordate at the base, semiamplexicaul. Capitula solitary or in clusters. Involucre 9 mm in diameter, oblong-ovoid; appendages yellowish-brown, long-fimbriate. Bulgaria.
