Distribution. China (Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan).

Note. The original illustrations of Li & Song (2008) have some mistakes, especially in the aedeagus, because of distortion due to slide mounting which led to inaccurate illustrations. We examined and compared all the type specimens of the two species, and determined they are the same species. The type localities of both species are in Yunnan. Here, we have redrawn and provided the male genitalia of Longicornus flavipuncatus .
