Synonymy: Zygoribatula pallida sensu Hammer (1952a) and Oribatula pallida sensu Ghilarov (1975) : ( Marshall et al. 1987).

Remarks: Subías (2004) considered this a junior synonym of Oribatula (O.) interrupta interrupta (Willmann, 1939 ); we retain it herein, as no reasons were given for this synonymy.
