Stem 35-150 cm. Basal leaves 8-36 x 2-8 cm, coarsely and acutely dentate, sparsely grey-tomentose. Inflorescence simple. Bracts 14-22 mm, lanceolate. Calyx 8-12 mm. Corolla 30-50 mm in diameter. 5. Italy.
