[ Holotype: LACM; ♂ 8.05 km NW Desert Hot Springs, Riverside County, California; 8 Nov 1963]

Trachusa autumnalis is distributed from central California, USA to BCS , Mexico. Within the BCP , this species has been previously recorded in La Giganta Ranges in October 1972 (3 ♂; BBSL). The BBPT collected specimens in Chaparral in Sierra San Pedro Mártir (1 ♀, 1♂; MABC) and the Vizcaíno Desert (1 ♀; ECOAB). See fig. 210 .
