Distribution. India: Himachal Pradesh (Dharamshala, Kullu), Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, ( Seymour 1972). Global: Unknown.
Remark: Worldwide four subspecies, except T. b. bimaculata , all the other three subspecies, T. b. nigrifasciata ( Hampson, 1903), T. b. pluritelifora (Berio, 1966) and T. b. cornia ( Seymour, 1972) are distributed in Africa.
