Distribution and bionomics. This recently described species was previously known only from two localities in Adana and Osmaniye provinces ( Assing 2004) (Map 1). The specimens in Gaziantep were washed from the bank of a stream; those from Malatya were collected from gravel, and from willow and poplar leaf litter near a stream at an altitude of 1100 m.
