Material examined. 1 male (Holotype), China: Yunnan Prov.: Yingjiang, 1981. X.11, Coll. unknown ( MSIE).
Redescription. Male (holotype). Small-sized. Stridulatory file on underside of left tegmen with about 150 fine teeth ( Fig. 5b View FIGURE 5. a, c – f, T ). Tenth abdominal tergum strongly produced, with apical margin truncated in whole view; in dorsal view, basal quarter part with lateral margin convex and contract distad, remaining three fourths part extending backwards like a stick, and dorsal surface without any spines ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5. a, c – f, T h); in lateral view, lateral margin of basal quarter area strongly contracted, and then strongly enlarged distad, with sinuate apical margin ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5. a, c – f, T g). Cerci cylindrical, slightly curved, distal part suddenly contracted into an incurved obtuse hook ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5. a, c – f, T h). Subgenital plate with basal part wide, gradually narrowed, apical margin with a rather large obtuse triangular notch, as long as one third length of subgenital plate; styli slender, long, extending beyond apex of tenth abdominal tergum ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5. a, c – f, T i).
Female. Unknown.
Coloration. Yellowish green (maybe green at alive). Each lateral surface of anterior femur with a series of black spots on upper and middle areas, separately.
Measurements of male (mm). Length of body 22.5; length of pronotum 4.5; length of tegmen 32.0; largest width of tegmen 7.0; length of hind wing 36.5; length of posterior femur 16.5.
Distribution. China (Yunnan Prov.).
