Type material. Holotype: 3, THAILAND: Mae Hong Son Province: Tham Lod [= incorrect transliteration by collectors as Tham Lok], 5 km north of Mae Lang, 14 November 1985, leg. B. & I. Löbl ( MHNG, Sys-01).
Paratypes: 13, same data as holotype ( THNM, Sys-01). THAILAND: Mae Hong Son Province: 1Ƥ, Pang Ma Pha District, Tham Lod, 450 m, cave entrance, 31 December 2006, leg. P. Diagnosis. Males of S. lanna sp. nov. are recognized by the hook-like process on the complex RTA ( Figs 15– 17 View FIGURES 15 – 19 ); females by the elongate-ovoid anterior bursae, and the elongate-ovoid posterior spermathecae ( Fig. 19 View FIGURES 15 – 19 ).
