Diagnostic features: Uncus with bifid and bilobed processes as in S. nigropuncta , but the bilobed process is relatively much broader. The valve apex is narrow, slightly spatulate, the valve broadening basally to this, with a small angle ventrally and a much broader, more basal one on the costa.
