Remarks. This species is known from the holotype male from Gansu, China (IZAS), unavailable in this study. According to the original description, it possesses black femora, uniformly dark brown bands on the wing, and entirely black abdominal tergites; body length Ơ = 3.7; wing length Ơ = 4.0.
Additional study of the type and topotypic material from China, including morphology of the male and female genitalia, DNA sequences, and host plants, is needed.
