Distribution. Central America ( Nicaragua, Panama) and South America ( Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Trinidad, Venezuela).
Hosts. Unknown.
Remarks. This species is found extensively in Central and South America. It is only included in this publication because Trinidad was combined with the West Indies due to geographic proximity. All specimens collected in Trinidad were collected by hand. Most specimens in Central and South America were collected from sweeping vegetation, beating vegetation, or canopy fogging.
