Paratypes. 4 ♀, 1 ♁ [3 ♀, 1 ♁ on slides], the same data as holotype ( TJAU) GoogleMaps .

Diagnosis. Female. Length, excluding ovipositor 1.60–1.90 mm. Predominately dark brown. Head, mesoscutum, scutellum, and axilla with bright green metallic reflections, tegulae brown, yellow at the base; legs pale yellow, except all coxa and apical 1/5 of hind femora black; frontovertex 0.38–0.43× head wide, with distinct reticulate sculpture, ocelli forming a right–angled triangle; scape slightly broadened, 3.48–3.69× as long as broad, F1 shorter than pedicel, clava strongly obliquely truncate apically; fore wing hyaline, 2.47–2.63× as long as wide, ovipositor 1.52–1.68× as long as mid tibia, slightly exserted. Male (length, 1.2 mm). Very similar to female, but pedicel dark brown; frontovertex 0.51× head wide; scape 2.25× as long as wide; fore wing 2.21× as long as wide; aedeagus 1.31× as long as mid tibia.

Description. Female Holotype. Length, 1.84 mm (excluding ovipositor). Head with metallic luster, frontovertex with yellow–green metallic reflection, genae with blue–purple metallic luster; scape and pedicel of antennae dark brown, but the apical 1/10 yellowish brown, funicle dark brown, gradually becoming paler from F1 to F6, clava yellowish brown; mesosoma with green metallic luster and short white setae; wings hyaline; tegulae brown, yellow at base; legs yellowish white, but all coxae black with a blue–green metallic luster, and hind femora (except apical 1/5) black; metasoma with a copper green metallic luster.

Head ( Fig. 7A View FIGURE 7 ) in frontal view, 1.45× as wide as long, frontovertex 0.40× head wide, with distinct reticulate sculpture, ocelli forming an angle of 90°, occipital margin rounded, OCL about 0.24× the diameter of posterior ocellus, OOL about 0.11× the diameter of posterior ocellus; antennal torulus with its dorsal margin well above lower margin of eyes. Antennal scape ( Fig. 7B View FIGURE 7 ) slightly broadened, about 3.35× as long as broad, pedicel 1.78× as long as wide, 1.79× as long as F1, funicle with F1–F5 longer than wide, F6 subquadrate, clava three–segmented, 2.73× as long as wide and strongly obliquely truncate apically, longer than F4–F6 combined, funicle with linear sensillae on all funicular segments. Mandible with two acute teeth and a broad truncation. Measurements (μm): HH, 380; HW, 480; FV, 193; OD, 35; POL, 115; OOL,13; OCL, 28; AOL, 70; EL, 280; MS, 108; length (and width): radicle, 45; scape, 193 (57.5); pedicel, 63 (35); F1, 35 (28); F2, 40 (30); F3, 43 (30); F4, 38 (30); F5, 40 (35); F6, 44 (43); clava, 150 (55).

Mesosoma ( Fig. 7C View FIGURE 7 ). Mesoscutum and scutellum with fine reticulate sculpture, mesoscutum 0.74× as long as wide and 1.29× as long as scutellum. Fore wing ( Fig. 7D View FIGURE 7 ) 2.50× as long as wide, marginal vein slightly longer than wide, and 0.77× as long as postmarginal vein, linea calva not interrupted and closed by one line of setae posteriorly, hind wing ( Fig. 7E View FIGURE 7 ) 3.41× as long as wide. Mid tibial spur ( Fig. 7F View FIGURE 7 ) 0.21×as long as mid tibia and shorter than basitarsus. Measurements (μm): FWL, 1125; FWW, 450; submarginal vein, 400; MV, 25; PMV, 33; SV, 75; HWL, 750; HWW, 220; MT, 400; mid tibial spur, 85; mid basitarsus, 125.
