Like 13 but basal leaves more or less suborbicular, shortly petiolate; cauline broadly elliptical to suborbicular, diminishing in size less rapidly upwards, the upper more or less petiolate; bracts broadly ovate, often cordate at base, not abruptly acuminate, serrate.
