Type material. Holotype: ɗ, China: Xixia County (33°18'N, 111°29'E), Henan Province, 890 m, 18.vii.1998, coll. Houhun Li. Paratypes: 1 ɗ, 6 Ψ, 17–19.vii.1998, same locality as holotype; 1 ɗ, 1 Ψ, Neixiang County, Henan Province, 14–15.vii.1998, coll. Houhun Li; 1 ɗ, Fengxian, Shaanxi Province, 1600 m, 9.vii.1988, coll. Redescription. Adult ( Fig. 1 View FIGURES 1 – 4 ): Wing expanse 16.0–18.0 mm. Head shinning white, with appressed scales. Labial palpus white, except for outside and ventral surface of second segment light brown. Antenna with scape white, flagellum scales light brown and white. Thorax, tegula, and forewing uniformly ocherous brown. Forewing narrowly rounded at apex; cilia grayish brown. Hindwing and cilia dark brown. Legs grayish white, tarsi light brown distally; foreleg with brown speckles on tibia and tarsus; hindleg with basal half of tibia light brown on outer surface. Abdomen dark brown.
Male genitalia ( Fig. 6 View FIGURES 5 – 8 ): Uncus broad at base, slightly narrowed to rounded apex, slightly slanting rightward, sparsely setose laterally. Gnathos large, tongue-shaped, sclerotized, distal portion with dense warts, apex rounded. Vinculum a narrow band, pointed terminally. Valva widest at base, narrowed distally, rounded at apex; costa slightly concave at middle. Sacculus sclerotized, almost as long as costa, wide at base, narrowed distally, curved upward at apex, with a large hairy thumblike process basally. Saccus elongate, longer than valva, lateral sides nearly parallel, apex rounded. Juxta large, deeply concave posteriorly, wide V-shaped; lateral lobe more sclerotized distally. Aedeagus longer than valva, straight, slightly broader at base, narrowed to pointed apex, toothed distally; cornutus slender, sclerotized.
Female genitalia ( Fig. 9 View FIGURES 9 – 12 ): Papillae anales large, rounded caudally. Apophyses anteriores and posteriores about equal in length. Lamella postvaginalis a sclerotized narrow band; ostium bursae large rectangular; antrum large, long trapezoidal. Ductus bursae broad basally, membranous; basal half with microtrichia. Corpus bursae somewhat rounded, with small teeth; signum large, rhomboidal, densely toothed.
Distribution. China (Henan, Hubei, Shaanxi).
