[ Holotype: CASC; ♀ 16.09 km east of Mecca , California, USA; April 14, 1935]

Within the BCP, Osmia marginata has been recorded in the Lower Colorado Desert in March 1966 and Central Desert in April 1982 by BBSL ( GBIF 2023). See fig. 263.
