Remarks. All known female specimens of this species have broken flagella, such that at least the clava is missing.
Diagnosis. Mesoscutal midlobe and mesoscutellar disc areolate, with reddish areas. Axillula areolate. Petiole more than 1.2× as long as hind coxa, extending far beyond hind coxal apex.
This species has the longest petiole among females of this species group ( Figs 97, 104 View FIGURES 97–104 ). It is similar to O. stramineipes and O. yaax , but differs in having a longer petiole and a completely areolate mesoscutum ( Figs 100, 101 View FIGURES 97–104 ).
Description. Female. Length 2.0– 3.3 mm.
Color: Head and mesosoma green with reddish luster on mesoscutal midlobe, axilla, and mesoscutellar disc. Pedicel yellowish brown; anellus yellowish brown; flagellum brown. Coxae brown to green; legs beyond coxae yellow. Fore wing hyaline; venation brown. Petiole green; gaster green to purple.
Head: Head width:height 1.1–1.3; face reticulate; longitudinal groove between eye and torulus absent; eyes bare; inter-ocular distance:eye height 1.4–1.6; malar space:eye height 0.7–0.9; supraclypeal area longer than broad, smooth to weakly sculptured; clypeus smooth. F2 3.0–5.5× as long as broad, 1.2–1.4× as long as F3; following funiculars progressively shorter and broader.
Mesosoma: Mesosoma length:height 1.2–1.5. Mesoscutal midlobe areolate to areolate-reticulate, with minute setae; lateral lobe areolate-reticulate. Axilla areolate-reticulate; mesoscutellar disc areolate, coarser posteriorly; frenal line regularly foveate; frenum areolate-reticulate; axillular groove anteriorly narrow, broad and foveate posteriorly; axillula areolate. Propodeum with irregular median carina; propodeal disc areolate to areolatereticulate; callus areolate-reticulate, with 3–5 setae. Mesepisternum reticulate to areolate-reticulate laterally, smooth ventrally, broadly rounded anterior to mid coxa. Upper mesepimeron smooth to weakly sculptured; lower mesepimeron reticulate; transepimeral sulcus distinct. Metepisternum laterally reticulate. Hind coxa 2.0–3.0× as long as broad; hind femur 6.0–10.0× as long as broad. Fore wing 2.5–2.8× as long as broad, 2.0–2.4× as long as mesothorax; stigma with 4 sensilla separated into pairs. Hind wing costal cell with a broad bare area.
Metasoma: Petiole 4.0–5.0× as long as broad, 1.2–1.3× as long as hind coxa, areolate to areolate-reticulate, anterior carina moderate. Antecostal sulcus crossed by carinae; acrosternite posteriorly angulate.
