The following collection/deposition data include the first records for Oklahoma, the southernmost known locality. The species distribution is principally trans-Canadian, northern and especially northeastern U.S.A., and south to Oklahoma. The data also include a new depository for identified specimens of this species.
New records: U.S.A.: Missouri, Boone , Ashland Wildlife Ar., 7.x.1976, leg. E. G. Riley (1 TAMU) ; same locality, 13.x.1976, leg. E. G. Riley (15 TAMU) ; Oklahoma, Latimer Co., 5 mi. W. Red Oak, 1.v.–1.xii.1980, leg. K. H. Stephan (5 MCZ) ; same locality, 1–30.v.1982, leg. K. H. Stephan (2 MCZ) .
