Material examined. ETHIOPIA: Oromia, Bale, Gaysay grasslands, Bale Mountains N.P., 9.XII.2015, B. Massa (2Ƌ, 2♀, 6 nymphs) ( BMPC).
Distribution. Endemic to the Bale Mountains, N.P. region.
Remarks. The specimens were collected near the type locality. In December 2015 nymphs were quite common in and around bushes at the Gaysay grasslands. Jago (1994) collected both adults and nymphs in October, and possibly the phenology of this small Neritius covers much of the autumn-winter season.
