Discussion. The new species differs from other species of the genus in the following: male cercus elongate, inner margin with a small conical process near base, and with a small leaf-shaped process on inner-dorsal margin near the middle; genitalia, narrow and long, lateral margins parallel, depressed, curved afterward and downward, apex rounded.
Etymology. The new species name is derived from male genitalia morphology, Latin gracil- means thin, narrow.
