Material examined. DS “Nautile”, dive 1776, Kulo Lasi, Futuna, 14°55.0466’S, 177°14.9152’W, 1478 m, 12 September 2010, slurp gun, bottle 2, 2 specimens, MNHN-IU-2014-12700.
Distribution. Previously known from hydrothermal vents on the North Fiji Basin, Lau Basin, Tonga Arc, and Brothers Caldera on the Kermadec Ridge, at depths of 1604–2000 m ( Komai & Segonzac 2004; Ahyong 2009; Vereshchaka et al. 2015).
Remarks. Nautilocaris saintlaurentae was observed and sampled in association with Rimicaris variabilis in an area of shimmering translucent fluid near a small active chimney.
