Biology. Steppe slopes, hills. Adults occur in III–IX.

Notes. According to the recent revision ( Osella & Bellò 2009) M. minutus minutus is distributed in Ukraine. We suggest that M. minutus minutus Boh. is restricted to south provinces of Ukraine, while M. costalis occurs only in north and central part.
