Diagnosis. Arista black except brown basally, plumose with longest setulae slightly shorter than height of first flagellomere; acrostichal setulae in six rows; mesonotum without pruinose or colored stripes; abdomen entirely black.

Description. MALE. Body length 4.0– 4.2 mm, wing length 4.5–4.6 mm. FEMALE. Unknown.

Head ( Fig. 130 View FIGURES 130–134 ) blackish brown, with grayish white pruinescence. Gena about 1/6 height of eye. Antenna brown, first flagellomere about 1.7 times longer than high; arista black except brown basally, plumose with longest setulae slightly shorter than height of first flagellomere. Proboscis blackish brown, with black setulae; palpus black, with black setulae.

Thorax ( Fig. 133 View FIGURES 130–134 ) blackish brown, with grayish white pruinescence. 0+3 dorsocentral setae; acrostichal setulae in six rows; a pair of prescutellar setae, longer than the first post-sutural dorsocentral setae. Haltere yellow.

Abdomen ( Fig. 134 View FIGURES 130–134 ) black. Male genitalia ( Figs. 135–139 View FIGURES 135–139 ): syntergosternite circular, sometimes with membranous ventral process.
