Stems 20-30 cm, many, erect, slender, patent-pubescent. Leaves 3-9 x 2-5 mm, shortly pubescent at least beneath, the lowest triangular-cordate, the middle ovate or ovate-lanceolate, obtuse, flat, the upper lanceolate or linear with revolute margin. Verticillasters with 6-10 flowers, shortly pedunculate, equalling or longer than subtending leaves; bracts c. £ as long as calyx. Calyx c. 3 mm, sparsely hairy on veins and in throat; teeth c. £ as long as tube, lanceolate-subulate, unequal. Corolla 3-4 mm, purplish. Nutlets obtuse. • W. Jugoslavia. Ju.
