Metopina ciceri Disney, 1988: 611 .

The larvae of this polymorphic species live in the root nodules of chickpeas, Cicer arietinum L. Material. Type series of both sexes, India, Patancheru, Andhra Pradesh, 1985–1986, S. Sithanantham (UCZM, 10-38-39).
