Notes. In his revision of Metrodorinae, Günther (1939) overlooked some publications, leading him to define a genus that is here found to be synonymous with an older genus, Bolívar’s (1887) Rosacris View in CoL stat. nov., herein regarded as a subgenus of Mazarredia View in CoL . According to ICZN (1999), the older name has priority. A detailed justification of this act is presented under the subgenus Rosacris View in CoL stat. nov.
