Diagnosis
Worker. This species matches the description of ebeninus in all respects but can be easily diagnosed by the following characters: dorsum of head completely sculptured to posterior margin of head and general appearance dull; posterior margin of head without setae or with one pair; eyes smaller with fewer ommatidia in the longest row; strongly sculptured mesosoma.
