Holotype. male (No. JF 549), CHINA: Yunnan, Yuxi City, Cengjiang, Jiucheng Village , 24.6668N, 102.9463E, 2014.XI.14, XS WANG. GoogleMaps

Paratypes. 15 male, 2 female, same data as in holotype; CHINA: Yunnan Province , 5 male, Yuanmou, urban District , 25.7081N 101.8732E, 2014.XI.11, XS WANG GoogleMaps ; 1 male, Tengchong , 2018.IX., C WU .

Diagnosis. The subspecies is distinguished from the nominate subspecies by the much longer stridulatory file and large number of stridulatory teeth (see measurements in Tables 5–6).
