Material examined. SCS. 1 spm, Xincun, Hainan Island, intertidal zone; 2 spms, Hele, Hainan Island, intertidal zone.

Measurements (mm).

Distribution. Hainan Island; Japan to New Caledonia and eastward to the Marshall Islands and Fiji. Remarks. The two specimens agree with the descriptions of Powell, 1964 (as Xenuroturris cingulifera cingulifera ) and Olivera, 2002.
