Lobilema conspersa Aurivillius , in Sjöstedt, 1910, Wissenschaftliche Ergebnisse der schwedischen zoologischen Expedition nach dem Kilimandjaro, dem Meru und den umgebenen Massaisteppen Deutsch-Ostafrikas 1905–06, 2 (9): 25 (Type locality: [ Tanzania] “ Kilimandjaro: Kibonoto ”).

Additional material examined. TANZANIA: 1 male, 1679m, Mount Meru, Arusha N.P., S03˚14’51’’, E36˚50’38’’, 18–24.vii.[20]12, Light Trap, Smith , R. & Takano, H. leg., ANHRT unique number: 00201064, gen. prep. No.: AV3193 (prepared by Volynkin) ( ANHRT).
Diagnosis. The forewing length is 16.5–17.5 mm in males. The detailed comparison with L. smithi sp. n. is provided above in the diagnosis of the latter species.
Distribution. The species is known from Kilimanjaro (Aurivillius 1910) and Meru Mountains in north-eastern Tanzania.
