Diplura soricina Simon, 1889m: 189 (Description male and female).

Type material. ♀. Ceph.th.: long. 9,5mill.; lat. 8,2 mill. ♂. Ceph.th.: long. 7 mill.; lat. 7,3 mill. Caracas, Corosal, colonie Tovar, San Esteban. Examined.

Type designation. Male and female, lectotype and paralectotype designated here.

Distribution. Venezuela.

Note. A large jar with numerous males and females syntypes was located at the MNHN, a male and female lectotype were designated and labelled accordingly from this jar .
