WL: 24mm. This is a forest species. The black apical margin on the forewing is more developed than that of similar L. alcesta , and the black subapical spot does not surpass space 3. The species is known along West Africa from Guinea-Bissau to DRC. The caterpillars feed on various species of Capparis (Capparaceae) . Studied material . Cacheu: Caió , 1 specimen (JB).
