Diagnosis. Coloration very similar to that in I. (I.) cedarae but much paler. Apodemes at the base of abdomen shorter not reaching anterior margin of the following segment. Aedeagus with dorsal apodeme much narrower and less pigmented. Femle sternite VII as in Fig. 61D View FIGURES 61 .
Material examined. HOLOTYPE ♂, INDIA: Himachal Pradesh: Sundar nagar, 18.v.1975, ex Salix sp , A.S. Sohi ( UASB). Paratype. 1 ♀, data as for holotype ( UASB).
