Distribution. Brazil ( Maldonado Capriles 1976).

Material examined. 1♂, 2-XI-2012, light trap, PNI0072 (MLP).

Remarks. New country record.

This species is distinguished by the uniform lightbrown to yellowish-brown coloration; the three annuli on the scapus; the medium sized sharp spines on the anterior pronotal lobe disc, and the presence of four spined connexiva ( Maldonado Capriles 1976).
