Type: Borneo, Sarawak, Mt Gading, 1891, Hose 296 (holotype K000547579!; isotypes E00194230!, SAR! both 1892, but labelled as type by Hose ) ≡ G. maxwellii (Baker) Parris, Fern Gaz. 12(2): 118. 1980. This species occurs in Southeast Asia, Malesia, and Solomon Islands.
