Catostoma dubium: Amaral 1929: 191 .

Holotype. Zoologisches Museum, Berlin ( ZMB) 4064, an adult female of unknown origin.

Type­locality. Unknown.

Distribution. At least the pine­oak woodlands of central and southern Oaxaca, Mexico, from 2100–2650 m elevation.

Species group. dubius ( Downs 1967) .
