Figure 6 View FIGURE 6
Description. Female. Body small. Face ovoid, with scattered impressed dots; fastigium frontis separated from fastigium verticis by a very fine suture ( Fig. 6A View FIGURE 6 ), fastigium verticis little wider than scape. Ocelli distinct, median ocellus slightly larger than lateral ocelli ( Fig. 6A View FIGURE 6 ).
Anterior margin of pronotum arched projecting in middle, posterior margin nearly straight ( Fig. 6B View FIGURE 6 ); lateral lobes longer than high, humeral sinus shallow ( Fig. 6C View FIGURE 6 ).
Fore coxae with 1 small spine; fore and middle femora unarmed, tibiae ventrally with 4 pairs of spurs and 1 pair of apical spurs. Hind femora with 5 internal and 3 external spines on ventral surface; dorsal surface of tibiae with 6 pairs of spines and 1 pair of apical spurs, ventral surface with 1 pair of subapical spurs and 2 pairs of apical spurs.
Second and third abdominal tergites with few, very minute stridulatory pegs ( Fig. 6D View FIGURE 6 ). Seventh abdominal sternite wider than long, the lateral margins convex, ventral surface with 1 swollen, behind it with some transverse riffles ( Fig. 6E View FIGURE 6 ). Subgenital plate baso-central area largely membranous, lateral margins convex and narrowing, posterior margin with deeply V-shaped concavity, the lateral lobes triangular ( Fig. 6E View FIGURE 6 ). Ovipositor short, feebly curved; before apices margins strongly narrowing, apices subacute ( Fig. 6F View FIGURE 6 ).
Male. Unknown.
Coloration. Body yellowish brown. Eyes black. Ovipositor brown.
Measurements (mm). Female: BL 17.29–19.45, PL 3.88–4.45, TL 18.85–19.33, HFL 9.42–9.52, OvL 11.13– 12.34.
Material examined. Holotype: female, Xima, Yingjiang , Yunnan, June 11, 2023, coll. by Weizhong Yang . Paratype: 1 female, Xima, Yingjiang, Yunnan, July 11, 2023, coll. by Weizhong Yang .
Distribution. Yunnan (Yingjiang).
Discussion. The new species differs from other species of the genus in the posterior concavity of female subgenital plate obviously deeper, the lateral lobes triangular ( Fig. 6E View FIGURE 6 ).
Etymology. The new name refers to the female subgenital plate with deep concavity on posterior margin.
