The undescribed larva of a species from Turkey, E. rubida Ménétriès, 1832 (obtained from eggs and adult Anthophora ), has characters very similar to those of Zonitis (Bologna, unpublished). A second species was recorded as a parasitoid on Anthophorida e ( Anthophora ) (Lindberg, 1963).
