Diagnostic remarks. E. specularia can be identified by the strongly expanded posterior margin of the 10 th abdominal tergite in the male as well as the shape of the cerci ( Figs. 41D, E View FIGURE 41 ).
Distribution and natural history. This species was recently described from two specimens collected in southern Zambia ( Massa 2017) but additional specimens have been found in central Mozambique where it appears to be less common than other species of the genus. Adults have been seen in both dry and wet seasons of the year. The call of this species is unknown.
Measurements (2 males). body w/wings: 31.4–32.4 (31.9.7); body w/o wings: 19.2–21.3 (20.31.5); pronotum: 4.6–5 (4.8.3); tegmen: 25–25.7 (25.4.5); hind femur: 12.7–13.1 (12.9.3) mm.
