Eremionycha bahiana ( Boheman, 1855)

Published records. Campinas (Bඈඋඈඐංൾർ 1996); Campinas-Fazenda Santa Elisa, Monjolinho (Tൾංඑൾංඋൺ +| Cൺඌൺඋං 2003, as Microctenochira difficilis ( Boheman, 1855) , misidentification).

Distribution. Brazil (Bahia, Espírito Santo, Piauí, Santa Catarina). New to São Paulo.

Remarks. Tൾංඑൾංඋൺ +| Cൺඌൺඋං (2003) erroneously identified their material as Microctenochira difficilis ( Boheman, 1855) while it belongs to E. bahiana (ŚඐංශඍඈඃൺŇඌΚൺ 2009); however, faunistic record was not adopted (SൾΚൾඋΚൺ 2020). The species is here registered formally as new to São Paulo. See also Remarks under M. difficilis .
