• ε -PILA Epidendrum vallis-silentii M. Díaz & Karremans Epiphytic herbs. Distribution in PILA 2500– 2500 m, low elevation oak forest. Global distribution: Endemic to Costa Rica. Records: G. Davidse & G. Herrera 26195 (MO).

Erycina crista-galli (Rchb.f.) N.H.Williams & M.W.Chase Facultatively epiphytic herbs. Distribution in PILA 400–1100 m, low elevation mixed forest, mixed forest in transition to low elevation forest. Global distribution: Mexico to Peru. Records: D. Solano 4322 (BM, INB, MO, PMA).
