Prementum and labellum elongated and nearly equal length and 1.14–1.17 times of head height. 2 presutural and 2 postsutural acrostichal setae, 2 presutural and 3 postsutural dorsocentral setae, 2 supra-alar setae. Section of M between dm-cu and bend of M about 3.2–4 times as long as section between bend of M and posterior margin of wing. Abdominal tergites 3 and 4 each with a complete row of marginal setae and 1(male) or 2 (female) irregular row of slender hair-like discal setulae..................................................................
