3.1.1. Dracunculus jaguape n sp
General description: Body whitish, filiform, without any anterior constriction; anterior end rounded. Cuticle smooth. Peribuccal ring indistinct. Dorsal and ventral papillae projected anteriorly ( Fig. 3 b, d, e View Fig ). Male with needlelike spicules, gubernaculum present. Oesophagus consisting of a short, narrow anterior muscular portion, and a very long glandular portion (Table 2); the glandular oesophagus consists of a prominent swelling, anterior to nerve ring ( Fig. 3 a, c View Fig ). Deirids posterior to nerve ring. Excretory pore not observed.
