Pyinoolwin District : 1220 m, Apr 1934, Dickason 3134 ( AMES) . MON. Thaton District: fide Aung et al. (2020: 78); Mawlamyine District : types. Also reported from Chin and Kayin states and Tanintharyi Region by Kress et al. (2003: 73) and from Shan State by Saw Lwin (2007: 251), but we have not seen material from these areas.

Distribution:— The eastern Himalayas, northeastern India, Myanmar, Thailand, Indochina and southwestern and southern China.

Note:— According to the protologue, a natural hybrid between D. formosum and D. infundibulum .
