Group Insolitus

A new group for a single species, which is similar to those in the Mulgens group in its aculeus shape and torsion, and lack of anterior notopleural seta; it differs from those species in its lack of a dark spot in the antennal furrow and extensive covering of microtrichia in cells bc and c.
